Hello!

I first encountered the Dances in a regular group in Salisbury in the 1990s, when I lived in Wessex.

Now I live back in North Wales where I grew up. I am excited about bringing the Dances to this beautiful area with its mountains and the sea.

I am on the training programme with Jilani and Gulzar.

I have been leading creative dance classes for over 20 years with diverse groups in the community.

My Joy for singing, dancing, connecting with myself and others and the land, is unbounded.
